I ELS PORTUGUESOS TAMBÉ CREUEN

False Columbus from 1485 Until Today
Christopher Columbus has remained more of a mystery than Cristobal Colon ever intended. There have been false stories passed on and modified histories of Cristobal Colon passing as Christopher Columbus.
This has not helped to clarify but to hide the person that Cristobal Colon was prior to 1485. As a result, we have named him "Christopher Columbus" yet he was never called such a name in his country of birth or in his adopted country.
Historians have not even spared his family of this false name.

About The Book
UNMASKING COLUMBUS: Lies, Spies, Cover-Up and Conspiracy

While numerous books have been written over the last 500 years about Christopher Columbus, the questions still remain: Who was this man and where was he from? Even now – more than 510 years after his famous voyage and nearly 500 years after his death – scholars and researchers disagree about his true origin and true identity.
We are not going to argue the known facts surrounding the voyages to the West. Instead we offer a paradigm shift. Once Columbus’ actions are seated within the complete context of his Age, they take new form and reveal new meaning. Events once considered essential to the Columbus narrative are shown as masks disguising deeper motivations. Information, once regulated to a footnote or a quick dismissal, become nuggets of truth embedded in the real story of Columbus. Much like Copernicus, we offer new evidence and calculations, but ultimately the power of our approach is that it uncovers the true point of reference from which to view the voyages and the actions of Columbus afterwards. This shift in perspective allows all the frustrating fragments of information, often pushed to the periphery, to fall into place. Explanations created by historians to accommodate the anomalies surrounding Columbus are revealed as artificial and cumbersome attempts to make their view of the events work. We offer the theory that provides the most naturally fitting and all-inclusive solution to date: Columbus was a Portuguese double agent working for King John II, who’s objective was to distract Spain from his monopoly of African gold trade and the soon-to-be-opened sea route around Africa to India.

This book will demonstrate the following:
There was motivation:
Portugal had a generations-old commitment to discover a sea route to India.
This national objective was fueled by religious and economic fervor.
As Portugal expanded its African Coast discoveries, Spain repeatedly defied treaties and Papal bulls by following close behind and raiding.
King John II was the target of treasons, supported by Queen Isabel and King Fernando, meant to clear the way for the Spanish to Portugal’s monopoly in the African Coast.

King John II had the means:
There were navigational advancements, maps, and knowledge of the lands to the West.
The state already imposed a strict policy of protecting maritime secrets.
The Order of Christ and foreign allies in the Order of the Garter and Toison D’Or provided the network of secrecy, logistical support, and communication.

They were committed:
King John II pursued people aware of state secrets to distant lands to eliminate their threat to his plans.
Members of the Order of Christ would willingly sacrifice themselves to further the religious goal of capturing the India trade route and defeating Islam.
King John II had one brother-in-law tried for treason and beheaded. 1-year later he killed another treasonous brother-in-law by stabbing him.

New perspective on Columbus:
Christopher Columbus was not the given name of the man who navigated to the New World. Variously translated, his chosen name was Cristoval Colon or Colom, and his given name is unknown.
Columbus was deeply connected to Portugal’s King John II’s inner circle through marriage long before any important actions. The family members of Columbus’ wife, Filipa Moniz Perestrelo, all were part of the court of King John II and of the king’s household, including the king’s mistress and bodyguard. Many of them were grandchildren and other descendants of the Kings of Spain, France, and Portugal – a connection that only we discovered just a few years ago.
The Italian named Cristoforo Colombo (Christopher Columbus), long presumed to be the legendary explorer, was only a poor woolcarder in Genoa as claimed by every historian. He lacked the noble station required to marry nobility, as the explorer Colon did long before his historic voyage. There is no uncontested evidence that the explorer knew how to speak Italian, or had any substantial connection to that country.
The explorer’s cryptic signature, “XpoFERENS Colon” as we decipher it, indicates that he was a member of the super-secretive Templar Military Order of Christ, which had a stronghold in Portugal at the time leading up to his voyage. As a member, like his father-in-law and brothers-in-law, he was dedicated to ridding the world of Muslims, who had occupied his country several centuries before.
Though history tells us that the explorer felt angry and betrayed when King John II of Portugal refused to fund his trip, Columbus continuously colluded with Portugal after the supposed rejection. This is because he was sent to Spain to lead Spanish explorers Westward and force Spain away from the Portuguese monopoly. His efforts took Spain’s focus away from Portugal’s coveted eastern sea route to India, with its promises of gold, spices, and other riches. Columbus continued to communicate with the King of Portugal during his voyages; he continuously lied to the Kings of Spain, helped the Portuguese, and navigated with secret sun charts commissioned by the Portuguese king.
Columbus’ descendants continued to lie and hide the truth from the Kings of Spain with the help of their well-connected relatives.
